Dr Eric Davis is a leading expert in special theories and data analysis. He knows the director of a company that held six craft obtained from foreign countries which the company was attempting to understand. According to Davis, they succeeded in activating one craft — which remained airborne, because they could not bring it back down.

Lue Elizondo
Former head of the Pentagon's AATIP programme
Lue Elizondo was the former head of the Pentagon's classified AATIP programme for the study of UFOs. Regarding the Roswell incident of 1947, he states that it involved two flying objects. From the wreckage of both craft, the authorities are said to have recovered four dead beings. This claim is also made in his book, Imminent.

Lacatski recently stated that the United States possessed a craft of unknown origin and had successfully gained access to its interior. The craft had a configuration suitable for aerodynamic flight, but had no air intakes, no exhaust, no wings, and no control surfaces. It appeared to have no engine, no fuel tanks, and no fuel.

Former Canadian Minister of National Defence (1963–1967) and Member of Parliament (1958–1974)
In 2005, the former Canadian Minister of National Defence publicly announced that he believed in the existence of UFOs, having seen one with his late wife and friends — though he had discounted the experience at the time. In his 2010 book Light at the End of the Tunnel, Mr. Hellyer claimed that the US has a "shadow government that has black ops installations that have already created new forms of energy using extra-terrestrial technology."

Ronald Reagan's UFO Encounter
Governor of California (1967–1975), later 40th President of the United States
Reagan's UFO encounter on 19 September 1974, while he was Governor of California, sparked a lifelong interest in the subject. As President, he addressed the 42nd Session of the United Nations General Assembly in 1987. In 1984 he created the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI), also known as the "Star Wars program" (renamed in 1993, and currently managed by the National Defense Space Architecture).
"Can we and all nations not live in peace? In our obsession with antagonisms of the moment, we often forget how much unites all the members of humanity. Perhaps we need some outside, universal threat to make us recognize this common bond. I occasionally think how quickly our differences worldwide would vanish if we were facing an alien threat from outside this world. And yet, I ask you, is not an alien force already among us?"
