‘Non-human intelligence’: Schumer proposes stunning new UFO legislation.
Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.), along with a bipartisan group of five other senators, introduced extraordinary legislation on July 13, suggesting that the U.S. government or private contractors may secretly possess recovered UFOs and “biological evidence of living or deceased non-human intelligence.”
According to the legislation, “non-human intelligence” is defined as “any sentient intelligent non-human lifeform, regardless of nature or ultimate origin which may be presumed responsible for” UFOs.

Public Meeting on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (Official NASA Broadcast)
NASA commissioned a study team to examine, from a scientific perspective, unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAPs) – that is, observations of events in the sky that cannot be identified as aircraft or known natural phenomena.
The focus of this public meeting is to hold final deliberations before the independent study team publishes a report in summer 2023. The report will inform NASA on what possible data could be collected in the future to shed light on the nature and origin of UAP.

Russia's Secret UFO Files
When the USSR collapsed in the early '90s, a brief window of opportunity opened. With the help of a well-connected Russian physicist, journalist George Knapp traveled to Moscow and interviewed high ranking Russian military officials and scientists about what might be the largest UFO study ever conducted. Downed UFOs and the U.S. government
Biochemist Dr. Colm Kelleher was a project manager for the largest government-funded UFO investigation in US history. Kelleher personally oversaw the hiring of 50 full-time employees and investigators but was also a hands-on field investigator for AAWSAP, the direct precursor to AATIP, the UAP Task Force, and AARO.

The Canadian government studies UAPs with the "Sky Canada Project"
The Canadian government's top scientist has launched a study into unidentified aerial phenomena, or UAP: a term that is replacing "UFO" and "unidentified flying object" in official circles.
Known as the "Sky Canada Project," the study, being conducted by the Office of the Chief Science Advisor of Canada, is the first known official Canadian UFO research effort in nearly 30 years.
According to a February 2023 PowerPoint presentation obtained by CTVNews.ca, the study seeks to understand how UAP reports are handled in Canada, and to offer recommendations for improvements if needed.
The project plans to collect information this winter and spring before preparing an internal draft report in the fall, and a final public report in the winter or spring of 2024.

San Marino brings UAP subject to United Nations
The Parliament of San Marino voted in favour to participate in Project Titan, therefore San Marino will submit a proposal to the UN for the creation of a permanent office tasked with the preparation of periodic global conferences dedicated to the scientific study of UFOs, otherwise known as Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP).
In total, 25 members voted in favour of the project whilst two abstained and two voted against.
The proposal will now be submitted to the UN’s Secretary General before undergoing a preliminary examination and discussion. Following this, the proposal would be submitted to a vote at the General Assembly.

ODNI submitted the classified annual report to Congress and published the unclassified annual report.

Claims that Russia shot down a UFO in the southern region of Rostov
Vasily Golubev, the governor of Rostov oblast, wrote on Telegram that a "small-size object in the shape of a ball" had been discovered flying "in the wind" at an altitude of around one and a half miles on January 3, 2023. With the object spotted above the village of Sultan Sala in the region's Myasnikovsky district, Golubev said "the decision was taken to liquidate it." In covering the incident, a local media outlet added that "a UFO in the form of a ball" had been downed over Rostov Oblast. Shortly thereafter, a different Russian news agency shared a video that appears to show the moment when the Russian defense forces shot down the object. In the footage, a fiery projectile can be seen ascending through the sky and ultimately exploding with a bright blast when it presumably struck the UFO.
